- Order details — delivery address, pincode, items ordered, amount paid, coupon used.
- Technical logs — IP-derived city (used only to show if we currently deliver to your area), browser info, device type.

- Fulfil and deliver your order.
- Send order confirmations and delivery updates.
- Respond to support queries.
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse of coupons.
- Improve our products, service area, and website.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share the minimum needed with:
- Delivery partners — name, phone, address.
- Payment processors — order amount and reference.
- Email service (transactional) — email address and order summary.
- Hosting and database providers — under standard data-processing terms.
How long we keep it
Account data stays until you ask us to delete it. Order records are retained for tax and audit reasons for as long as required by Indian law (typically 8 years).
Your rights
- Access a copy of the data we hold on you.
- Correct anything that is inaccurate.
- Delete your account (past orders are anonymised, not deleted, for audit).
- Withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time.
